Project Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Project Developer to lead clients through the remodeling journey, from initial consultation to signed contract, while delivering exceptional design solutions and a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines sales expertise, design insight, and relationship-building skills, and wants to play a key role in shaping beautiful, high-quality residential projects.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll serve as the face of our projects, guiding homeowners, developing creative solutions, and driving successful project outcomes.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial consultation through signed contract
  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs, goals, and design possibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop layouts, selections, and project budgets
  • Present proposals, manage revisions, and confidently close sales
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of active and prospective projects
  • Communicate consistently with clients to ensure a high-quality experience
  • Coordinate with project managers and production teams for a seamless handoff
  • Stay current on remodeling trends, materials, and vendor offerings
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals based on project volume and profitability

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in residential remodeling, design-build, or construction sales
  • Strong knowledge of remodeling processes, materials, and construction terminology
  • Proven ability to close design or construction-related projects
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and basic construction drawings
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management tools
  • Background in design, architecture, or estimating is a plus

Lead Carpenter

What You’ll Do

As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll take ownership of residential remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing plans to life with precision and care.

  • Execute high-quality carpentry work including demo, framing, cabinetry, trim, doors and window installation, and finish work
  • Lead on-site construction and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
  • Interpret blueprints and ensure builds are accurate to plan
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and on budget
  • Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and communicate material needs early
  • Deliver a professional, positive client experience
  • Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
  • Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction
  • Experience leading crews and managing job sites
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in full home remodels, kitchens, and bathrooms
  • Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical work
  • Basic understanding of project scheduling and budgeting

Construction Intern

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Intern to support our remodeling team on residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow their skills in the construction industry. Whether you’re looking for part-time work with the potential to grow into a full-time role or are eager to gain experience in residential remodeling, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Intern, you’ll play an important role in keeping our projects running smoothly by supporting our skilled craftsmen and maintaining safe, organized job sites.

  • Assist with demolition on residential remodeling projects
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment
  • Safely move, position, and assist with the installation of heavy appliances and materials
  • Receive deliveries at our warehouse and prepare materials for upcoming projects
  • Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to active job sites
  • Clean and maintain organized, safe work areas throughout each project
  • Set up and take down scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary job site structures
  • Assist with light framing and other basic construction tasks as skills and experience allow
  • Support carpenters and other skilled trades during various phases of remodeling projects
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and responsibly
  • Follow all company safety policies and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You Bring

  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, organized workspaces
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate or willingness to learn to operate a box truck

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, remodeling, landscaping, or general labor
  • Experience with demolition, framing, or residential remodeling projects
  • Comfortable operating hand and power tools
  • Interest in growing into a full-time construction or carpentry role
