Each and every design, material, and detail are thoughtfully selected to improve form and function. We take great pride in getting to know our clients – what inspires them, how they live in their homes, and what their passions are – to create designs that exceeds expectations.
We start with a free in-home consultation to learn about the existing layout of the space and discuss your goals. Your design team then invites you to the Worthington Design Studio to discuss a preliminary budget range based on your communicated must-haves.
Your new space comes to life with computer generated 3D renderings, material selections and design options that distinguish each fixture and finish. Your design team will introduce you to different floor plan options and materials. We proactively identify any zoning regulations specific to your neighborhood and communicate budget updates based on your initial concepts.
A final round of refinement completes the design phase. During this phase, we plug all your material selections and finishes into the 3D renderings to show you exactly what your transformed space will look like before starting construction.
Remodeling your home comes with many options – making it difficult to identify what you really want. Our experienced selections team works with you to help narrow down the options for a solution that reflects your personal style and budget.
Step inside the Worthington Design Studio in Carmel, Indiana and experience the selection process. A variety of cabinet finishes and door styles allow the opportunity to mix and match with different countertop options, tile samples and beyond. Once every design detail is finalized, the construction phase can officially begin. We’ll start this phase by introducing you to our in-house project management team. Rest assured, behind your project are skilled lead craftsmen, electricians, plumbers and renovators providing a higher quality than any other firm in the region.
Once final structural details and permits are obtained, your project coordinator will schedule an in-home preconstruction meeting with you and your project designer, project manager and lead carpenter to coordinate logistics including: preferred start/end times, how to interact with family pets, preferred access into your home, etc.
Weekly meetings with your project manager keep you informed and address any questions or challenges that arise during construction. Our team will ensure the safest and cleanest work environments possible during construction. Your production team will order and receive materials, supervise the crew, and coordinate trade specialists and inspections.
When construction is complete, your project manager will conduct a final walkthrough with you to review the completed items and ensure the project is finished to your satisfaction. To protect you and your newly transformed space, you will receive a two-year warranty immediately following the completion of work.
