The main concept was to create a laid back atmosphere to remind the homeowners of their tropical hometown and favorite vacation spot.
Bar as the Hub
The wet bar anchors the media and gaming rooms for quick access to a beverage in-between each space. This tropical lower level has everything needed for both fun and relaxation.
Material Selection
Inspired by the bright blue Key West waters, Blue glass subway tile was selected for the bar backsplash while luxury vinyl flooring in a distressed finish resembles driftwood. Cabinetry in a Dorian Gray finish completes the final look of this lower level getaway.
