Built in 1977 and located in Noblesville’s Colony Woods neighborhood, this home’s living room was dark and dated. The lighting soffit and shelves made the room feel cramped. Our clients were looking for an airy, sleek, and modern update.
A New Focal Point
The fireplace wall became the room’s focal point, accented by porcelain tile that gives the appearance of metal without the maintenance. Custom built-ins with sleek acrylic laminate cabinets, quartz countertops, and floating poplar shelves provide the perfect place for displaying family pictures, keepsakes, and décor.
Modern Solutions
The hearth was designed with a recessed space to accommodate the television, and the The firebox was converted from wood-burning to gas for comfort at the touch of a button.
