Our clients bought the house with a vision to take their 70’s tri-level house to modern day design.
Case Indianapolis Designer
The main concept for this traditional interior design was to create better flow from the garage to the family room, expose the existing hidden fireplace and add storage for glassware and beverages.
A Clean Slate
To make the space flow better, the direction of the stairs was moved and a landing area was added to create a new mudroom.
The fireplace received a major overhaul with a custom mantle, cabinets and stacked stone. Puck lights and recessed can lights brighten the space. Granite was used for the hearth and the dry bar countertop.
