Built in 1926, the owners of this historic Butler-Tarkington home were looking for more space for their family. An addition was able to create space for a new master bedroom, laundry room, and space for enjoying the outdoors.
An Authentic Addition
It was important that the addition blend seamlessly with the home’s architecture, both inside and out. Carefully crafted archways and custom-matched woodwork ensured the addition blended with the home’s period-specific finishes.
Exterior Amenities
A cozy covered porch was created below the second story addition and features beautiful composite decking and aluminum railings.
