Concept Refinements
We refine the final direction and plug your selections into the 3D renderings so you can see what the transformed space will look like before construction begins.

Pre Construction Meeting
After final structural details and permits are in place, we schedule an in home meeting with your project designer, project manager, and lead carpenter to coordinate logistics, access, and daily expectations.
Project Construction
Weekly meetings keep you informed throughout construction. Our team orders and receives materials, supervises the crew, coordinates trade specialists, and manages inspections while maintaining a safe, clean jobsite.
Final Walkthrough
When construction is complete, your project manager conducts a final walkthrough to review completed items and confirm everything is finished to your satisfaction. You receive a two year warranty at completion.
