A Note from Our Team About COVID-19

Hello,
We hope this post finds you and your family healthy, well-stocked and safely hunkered down in your homes. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we wanted to let you know what steps we’re taking to address it, without abandoning our clients. While we remain open for business at this time, the safety and health of our clients, employees and trade partners is our priority.
  • Work will continue on all projects, at all phases, unless our clients specifically request otherwise. Our employees will work without any physical contact with the client or their family.
  • With few exceptions, there will only be one CASE employee on the job site at a time. Larger, multi-room remodels or exterior jobs may be staffed by more than one Carpenter as long as they are able to work at least 6 feet apart.
  • All of our Project Managers and Carpenters are washing/disinfecting their hands frequently.
  • Sales and Design employees are using phone/video call capabilities with all clients during the design phase of their remodel.
  • All office staff that are able to work remotely are doing so. Office staff that aren’t able to work remotely are keeping their distance from one another and sanitizing high touch areas regularly.
  • We have instructed anyone who is feeling unwell or has been exposed to a sick person to stay home.
While this situation has certainly thrown a wrench into our normal day-to-day operations, it’s also affording us the opportunity to adapt. We are thankful we live in a time where virtual meetings are easily feasible and we are offering virtual consultations for ongoing projects and all new project inquiries.

Stay Well!
